Running and walking is an effective way to burn fat, lose weight, build muscle and increase heart rate.

The best way to decide which of the two best physical activity will depend on the condition of each individual.

Run

However, running not suitable for everyone, especially for those who have an injury or arthritis in legs or knees.

Walk
