Getting the ideal body weight is desirable not only nonsense or not at all.
If you want to get it you have to move on and leave the habit today might feel uncomfortable.
Weight problems not because the food we eat occasionally, but precisely because of the food we consume more often.
According to NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) a good starting point is the exercise called Establishing a Well Formed Outcome.
Intent "Well formed" here means all the criteria and the final result is well thought out. Here are the steps to create good results:
1) Tell me what or how much weight you want (not what you do not want). For example "I want to weigh 48 kg."
2) Assess whether you believe you can achieve it? Are you sure that this is possible?
3) What resources do you have and what you need, eg time, money, equipment, clothing, trainers, and others.
4) Check if there are other people involved and what potential obstacles that may come from others. Think of all the people involved in your daily life.
5) Imagine "as if" you've got what you say or want.
Then see if the image appears to your liking? Do you like what is seen?
6) Prepare a plan of activities to achieve the results you want.
Although it seems a lot of work done just to decide what you want, but this will be very helpful when encountering obstacles or hurdles that you may encounter.
